ADULT BALLET & BODY CONDITIONING
These classes are from 8pm on Tuesday evening in Stevenage. The cost per 30 minute class is £3.50
|
|
Body Conditioning is to tone the body and increase flexibility and strength. This is used as a warm up to the ballet class, but you do not have to take the ballet class.
|
|
|
We then move on to a Ballet Class which is at a fairly high adult level. You must take the Body Conditioning class before the Ballet Class
|
There are opportunities to take exams in ballet too but again these are not compulsory.
